DO NOT SHIP A CIRCUIT BOARD IN AN ENVELOPE!!!

THE BOARD MUST BE SHIPPED TO US IN A SUITABLY STRONG CARDBOARD BOX PACKED WITH SUITABLE PACKING MATERIALS. CIRCUIT BOARDS ARE DELICATE. BENDING AND FLEXING IS VERY BAD FOR A CIRCUIT BOARD. AN ENVELOPE IS NOT SUITABLE PACKAGING FOR THE SHIPPING OF A CIRCUIT BOARD.

REPAIR POLICY:

THE BOARD MUST BE IN GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION WITHOUT ANY VISUAL DAMAGE AND WITHOUT ANY COMPONENTS ON THE BOARD MISSING OR BEING ALTERED.

In most cases, we can repair the defective board. If your board can't be repaired, we will contact you and do the refund ( no repairing fee, pay return shipping fee only)

All items we repair are guaranteed to be completed with a 100% working order and not DOA. Warranty will be voided for any parts damaged due to improper installation, setup, or any other human error. For security, all parts are marked with special company markings. All defect/warranty claims will be inspected for our company markings, any parts returned missing these markings will not be accepted and you will be notified.
