Parts sometimes will include substitutes or alternative parts that have identical fit form and function to the original manufacturer''s part. 20% restocking fee will apply to parts that are not required by the customers and are ordered in error (within 30 days) Item must be in original packaging and conditions. RMA numbers provided it will be valid till 10 business days then will be voided. No refund or replacement will be provided for voided RMAs and product will be sent to customer at their cost.'
